Just south of Bath, Nikki lives with her husband and two small children. After spending years making party cakes for her family and friends, Nikki decided to make Gorgeous Cupcakes for everyone else! Since then the business has gone from strength to strength and now Country Cupcakes provides cupcakes to the whole of the region.

Last Year Country Cupcakes entered The National Cupcake Competition, with Our 'Eat Your Greens' Cupcake, and Won!!! The Times then listed us as the Top Cupcake Provider in the Country.
